During the June holidays, some batch-2-s met up in school for a meeting.
We decided to have something special in the revitalising year of 2007.
WE SHALL HAVE A ZION ZONE DAY [ZZD] !!
Applauses and cheers and ovations !!! woots!
In order to have things running smoothly, we had set distinctive roles to handle specific fields.
There's the list:
_Teacher-in-charge: Mdm. Siti Haq
_In Charge (IC): Min Yen
_Asst. IC: Clara Loh
_Logistics: Kuek Jing
_Food cum treasurer: Amanda and Crystal
_Attence and contact person: Sijie and Paulyn
_Game Master: JianYi
_Overall timing schedule: Paulyn and Crystal
_First aid: Clarice
And now we'll get deeply into each roles.
Please take absolute note of your role.

IC: Minyen
As the In-Charge, minyen is suppose to handle all proposals.
You are supposed to look through all proposals, ensuring their usefulness.
If there is a need, you'll have to edit the proposals for us.
Well, all these are on top of giving instructions and ensuring smooth function in every aspect of the project.
Furthermore, you should be the middleman between each roles, giving instructions for tasks.
In addition, WenYi will be your closest assistent. She's the 2nd IC of this project.

Asst. IC: Clara Loh
The Asst. IC is in charge of the consent form for the Zion Zone Day activity.
There are some datelines which you have to follow.
+ Must get a piece of namelist first. Every consent form given and received must have a marking.
+ 2 weeks before ZZD, Mdm. Haq have to submit the Final Proposal to the principle for consent form.
+ Consent forms must be given 2 weeks before ZZD. The latest time limit is 1 week before ZZD.
+ All reply sips must be received be 24/05/2007

Logistics: Kuek Jing
Kuek Jing need to come up with a list of inverntory and ensure that everything is available on ZZD.
However, you have to know things that the Game Master needs and destination of games first.
Please note that there maybe be other materials needed in other aspects also.

Food cum Treasurer: Amanda and Crystal
Amanda and Crystal will have to come out with a budget list of food and an account proposal.
The budget list includes lunch and snack and maybe even drinks.
Calculate the sums and find out how much does a preson need pay for the ZZD.
Please note that the budget list includes all expenses other than food.

Attence and Contact Persons: Sijie and Paulyn
Sijie and Paulyn are in charged of doing head counts, ensuring full attendence on ZZD.
For example, doing head counts whenever people move apart.
Also, the both of you have to inform everyone of any emergency newor whatsoever.
The both of you have to come up with a name list for attence taking. It should includes everyone, including the graduated batch. The name list should have 10 columns.

Game Master: Jian Yi
Everyone will brainstorm the ideas.
However, Jian Yi is in charge of detailed planning of games.
They include the time needed, destination of game, functionality of game and the objectives of it.

Overall timing schedule: Paulyn and Crystal
Game Master will submit final-estimated time for each game.
Then the both of you will have to do up a detail time-slot schedule of the day.
This would be done at the later stage.

First aid: Clarice
Clarice is in charge of the safeness throughout ZZD.
Should she find any part of ZZD dangerous, she'll have to point it out immediately.
Also, if anyone gets hurt, she'll provide the medical help.
In addition to all these, she is the counsellor in this project.

Please ensure that you fulfill your roles and hand in whatever tasks on time.
Any delay will affect the overall timing and schedules.
In order to introduce more discipline into the system, we had set some datelines.
All these dateline cannot be delayed or miss.
WE HAVE TO FOLLOW THE DATELINES!!!
Here are the datelines:
26/03/07 the first proposal draft submitted
09/04/07 the second proposal draft submitted
30/04/07 the third draft proposal submitted
24/05/07 the final proposal to the Principal

For those unsure of what to do, here is the task:
*they have to be completed by next monday. Very nicely written on A4 blank paper or printed out.

_Food cum treasurer: Amanda and Crystal
Please do a budget list of food.
List out the food for lunch and teabreak.
Also, note that the both of you have to bring the food to school. Hence, refrain from buying heavy objects like milo-packets. The unofficial estimated people is 30.
_Attence and contact person: Sijie and Paulyn
Get 5 copies of the attence list.
Inform all committees to read this notice entry and emphasis that their tasks have to be done by next monday.
_Game Master: JianYi
Submit the draft plans of at least 5 games to be played.
The draft plan of a game should include:
_1. name of game
_2. briefing/ instructions
_3. time needed for the game
_4. objectives of the game
