Hello guys!
Its Clara here to blog something personal.
I know i shldn't blog here. But i would really like to share it with you.
I'll delete shortly.
When i was sec1, i was immature.
With ultra low EQ, i gave bad impression and didn't have a true friend.
They say secondary friends are for life; I doubt so.
In 2006, i had friends and family problems.
Due to streaming, and other factors, i'd also no friend except for some boys.
U know, there's a strange steorotyped-idea that boys n girls can't be friends.
I hate group work, cause i cant' find true & loyal friends.
I'd wonderful friends, but not the type that is SUPER SUPER ULTRA CLOSE one.
When i was sec2, 2006, i started to get closer with Sijie, and thereby, Zion Zone.
I would always sneak in.
Time made the members and i good friends.
I got to knew Clarice and others.
We always chat in there.
For an instance, zion zone became my hideout in 2006.
It was the only place where i can find sincere friendships and frank conversations.
Now, its 2007.
I'd a very good buddy named SiJie.
I'd Clarice - my darling.
In class, I'd clicks who will always support me, even my mischievious acts.
I also had good male friends whom everyone accepted that we'r Just good friends.
I am extremely contended with my current situation.
Above all, I'd zion zone.
I became the club's member in 2006 december.
I love commiting to it.
Because i was once in a CCA, where students' opinions aint of Great influence.
In Zion Zone, its run by us; its killed by us.
We make decision for our OWN cca.
Although we'd just went through a low-point, i believe its in the cycle for Zion Zone to thrive now.
The main thing is that Zion Zone thrived BECAUSED we had meetings, tears, exhaustions, frustrations for it.
We made it thrive ourselves.
Yes, we have Mdm. Haq! However, she did not spoon-feeded us anything. Instead, she wisely guided us. She helped us grabbed opprtunities. Its US, Zion Zone Members who will act upon the chance. ^^ She din write scripts for us, didn't she? ^^
Also, Zion Zone made me realise so many things!
_The fact of life. The fact that a camp needs such tedious planning.
_The fact that an simple outing and a consent form is not easy to get.
_The fact that from Min Yen i learnt, being a leader needs really a lot of courage and confidence.
I would really like to thank all Zion Zone members who sang the Happy Birthday song to me.
I din felt exceptionally grateful at that time. I was ecstatic.
But upon thinking about it just now*, I was REALLY REALLY VERY grateful that Zion Zone is in my life. I brought real friendship and experience to me.
*I'd a wierd routine: every midnight or so, i would recall many things.
Hey people! We'll made it for Zion Zone to thrive.
Because: there is no other CCA like Zion Zone.
Where there is so much freedom and coziness during training while at the same time, such heavy responsibilty since we held Zion Zone's fate.
